Some tasks will be clarified by state authorities. So there are a few Satellite and regional offices in Pampanga, which are direct under national authorities. Of course, the national authorities are also represented in all other provinces and their headquarters are not in Pampanga. So this listing just helps to understand the structural construction of Pampanga as a province of the Philippines. Samples of National authorities (Non-committal; for a first overview at June 2014): Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) – this government departement provides what we call “Red Ribbon” (authentication of legal documents) such as Passport, Birth Certificates issued by National Statistics Office (NSO), Marriage Contract, Certificate of No Marriage (Cenomar) NBI Clearance, Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) Certificate, Medical Clearance and others. It provides assistance to government as well as private hospitals and clinics. DOH holds the authority in distributing medicinal drugs to its health centres all over the Philippines. The Department of Health Regional Offices in Region 3 is located in City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The city and the municipality have their own health offices supervise by DOH.
