Talents last will and testament
General Guidelines: In case of Death of the Talent, publishing of his works are subject to the following guidelines: 1. That the Artist Works/Material shall be published only if the same is provided in the Artist Last Will and Testament. 2. In the absence of the Talents Last Will and Testament, if the Surviving Heirs desire to publish it, all must execute written consent duly notarized by any person authorized to administer oath. 3. Any one in possession or who owns a work/material done by a Dead Talent. He/she cannot reproduce in digital form purposely to stream and publish it.
